Refund Eligibility

1.1 We offer refunds on products purchased directly from Schubert Landscapes

1.2 To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be made within 24 hours from the date of purchase.
  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • The refund request must comply with the terms specified in this policy.


Non-Refundable Items

2.1 The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Plants (livestock)

3.1 To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support at info@schubertlandscapes.co.za with the following information:

  • Order number or transaction date
  • Reason for refund
  • Any relevant supporting documentation


3.2 Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 24 business hours.

Refund Methods

4.1 Refunds that are authorized will be processed and disbursed through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). 

4.2 Please note that it may take 2-4 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Cancellation Policy

5.1 If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support immediately. Cancellation requests are subject to our approval and may be subject to fees.
